”The staff said that we are lo longer welcomed because we left the room dirty. I showed the front desk clerk and the maintenance guy they said it was clean and we didn't make a mess. Being disabled they used no dogs allowed but they were well behaved and much needed. I felt discriminated against because of being disabled Will never go there again. To get treated this way and discriminated against is against the American disabilities act. They are independently owned and have no scruples. I did...

”We enjoyed our stay, and especially loved our 3rd floor room with the balcony overlooking the Bay.”

”Arrived at hotel around 3:45 PM expecting to be able to check-in by 4PM. Room was not ready, so we waited in lobby until 4:20. We were then told it would be at least 20 more minutes. We went to get something to eat, came back, and had to wait until room was finally ready at 6 PM. There were 2 towels and 2 washcloths, and our reservation was for 3 people. I had to ask for more linens at the front desk.”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”
