”We stayed four nights. Because we came late at night we wanted to rest the next day. Then our room was not cleaned after that.”

”The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

”Cleaning needs improvement, but otherwise nice staff and a quiet place to rest while traveling.”

”Room smelled great! Very clean! Very quiet here. I feel safe. Staff was terrific- exceeded expectations. Robbi at front desk and Julie in kitchen were super. Will stay here when I travel. Have booked here three times now.”

”The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. ”Everything was nice just seem like nacey wasnt to friendly”

”Debra was amazing and so kind . Debra new my husband was in hospital and gave me an end room where i could rest . The breakfast bar was delicious and good”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”Very worn out hotel . My room carpet was worn out , bathroom shower and all the furniture was stained . Check in staff nice .”

”THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, THE HEATING AND COOLING IN THE ROOM WAS ADEQUATE. THE PARKING WAS TERRIBLE THERE WERE FEW PARKING SPOTS NEAR WHERE OUR ROOM WAS LOCATED. THE FLOORS WERE FILTHY. WHEN I WALKED IN THE ROOM IN MY WHITE SOCKS, THEY WERE NASTY. THE BEDS WERE LIKE SLEEPING STRAIGHT ON THE BOX SPRINGS VERY CHEAP MADE MATTRESSES.”

”All good”
