Sateenvarjot hotellilta lainattavissa asiakkaille. Saimme upgreidattua huoneen kuluitta, koska hotellissa oli...

”Everything was great, except there was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom. We did not report it to the front desk since we only stayed for 4 nights. The cleaning staff were on top of the room cleaning.”

”A wonderful restful stop in Salento. The pool and the cute palace cats were a real hit with my daughter. The palace is beautifully restored and decorated with antiques. The alfresco dinner in the garden by the fountain was refined and unforgettable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got to visit their medieval olive oil making subterranean tunnels as a bonus. It’s off the beaten track but definitely a must to visit.”

”Had a wonderful stay at Castello di Ugento. The property is truly unique — a beautifully restored historic castle that feels intimate rather than overwhelming. The room is elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the castle is peaceful.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and the warmth of the team. Service is thoughtful and personal without being overly formal. The culinary experience is also a highlight — you can really feel the focus on local ingredients and quality.

”A very pretty hotel in a calm location, and all the patios of the rooms having a view to the sea below. It's a walking distance (20-30 min) to Castro Marina and its restaurants. The pool area was nice with a bar, and both a slightly larger pool (not for lapping, though), and a smaller heater jacuzzi. We stayed in a spacious suite, but also the smaller rooms seem large and have a patio, so perhaps those are better value for money, as the suite did not seem to come with any additional benefits....
