”Beautiful property with amazing staff from reception to house keeping. Sofia from house keeping made us feel so at home offering us extra water when I mentioned we drank a lot of water and checking on us when she saw us in the hallway. Kindness prevailed at this hotel. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at Torel in Guimarães. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, and every interaction felt thoughtful and personal.

”Everything about the place is beautiful and deserves a longer stay to enjoy all the amenities. Unfortunately, the town is charming but does not offer much for more than 1 night. If I could do it again, I would arrive earlier to enjoy the facilities and great restaurants, spa, etc., and still have some time to walk around the charming town.”
