”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came.
I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”Muuten aivan kerta kaikkiaan täydellinen hotelli, mutta museotason ikkunoista kuului kadun meteli huoneeseen unta häiriten, korvatulpista huolimatta. Kannattaa ehkä pyytää hiljaista huonetta jos on herkkäuninen. Uskomattoman hieno sisustus, todella siisti, ystävällinen palvelu.”

”A lovely place to stay in a typical Cotswolds village… if you are looking for a base to venture around this ideal… a small car park vs the size of the venue to be prepared to leave your vehicle on the road..lots of walks available on the door step and then nothing better to return after a days walk than a pint in front of the open fires”

Atmosfera molto bella e suggestiva, abbiamo provato anche il ristorante (caro ma buono). Macchina parcheggiata ad un minuto di distanza dalla struttura (parcheggio gratuito notturno e fino a 2 ore al giorno).”

”We selected the property due to its charming Tudor features, which are a continued theme throughout.
On arrival, staff were warm and friendly and showed us to our room. Similarly at breakfast, the staff member was friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast spread including pastries, fruits and an option for a cooked breakfast.
Our room had large beams, a four poster bed, original windows and an excellent view of the high street. The bathroom however could do with some upkeep as the decor is...
