”Clean. Food was delicious. I love how they prepare their Pinakbet con lechon. I had the best watermelon slush. The lechon paksiw was the best too. I love the hallway, it’s clean and smells good. Staffs are polite and helpful. I like the fact that it’s literally one minute walk across the mall. Come on! The room was super cold, next time I might need to have them turn the thermostat a little higher ( too cold ). But I slept good. I can’t wait to go back. ”

”Lennon peruuntumisen vuoksi parin tunnin varoitusajalla tehty varaus. Ystävällinen vastaanotto, loistava huone 22 kerroksessa merinäkymin. Huonepalvelu verrattoman hyvä. Hotellissa on hyvät kohtuuhintaiset ravintolat joissa maukas ruoka. Erittäin kohtelias ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Jos koskaan tulen uudelleen Manilaan, niin tähän hotelliin majoitun mielelläni uudestaan!”

”Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.”

”Excellent services and location for our Family. We booked this Hyatt hotel for the night as we are flying back to Canada the next day and requested late check out. Staffs were accommodating, friendly and helpful for everything. I highly recommend this place.”
