”It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding!
The stores are all high end and right on the property!”

”We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of six women and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations, particularly for a Hilton property.
Before arrival, we emailed requesting rooms close together, but this was never arranged. While the hotel has some positives—the pool area is beautiful, the poolside beds are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the service issues overshadowed the stay.
The most significant problem involved room assignments. Two guests booked...

”Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.”

”Very clean and functional small and cozy hotel, locatad 5 minutes walk from the main waterfront promenade.
Very nice service starting from check-in and continued throughout our stay, great breakfast. Shuttle to the private beach of the hotel, hosted by Bruno, the man, was great and fantastic experience.”

”Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...
