”Good parking. 5 minute walkninto lladudno centre. Clean room and bathroom. Well stocked tea tray. Chiller in room. Good selection to choose from at breakfast. Lovely dining room and lounge. Outside seating. Dan and Wei are superb hosts who clearly take pride in their lovely hotel.”

”First time staying at this place and all I can say is wow from the start. The staff are amazing in every way told us about the property and information where to go around town to eat staff was top notch. ”Can't fault the property and worth every penny. The room was beautiful and the hosts were fantastic. Breakfast was top-notch. Amazing location. You're right in the quiet of the countryside, yet only 10 mins away from Conwy and its castle. Book it, you won't be disappointed.”

”Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs.
