”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”Very clean, comfortable, historic hotel. Staff and service second to none. I enjoyed my soak in the roll top bath. It is in a very busy restaurant/nightclub area with music from the neighbouring venues audible until early hours at the weekend but not overly intrusive. We would definitely stay again. ”

Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. ”Absolutely loved this B&B 😍. We travelled with family and shared the room with very demanding teenagers. The room was spacious, felt luxurious due the best beds I have maybe ever slept on. During our 14 days travel in UK, this B&B served us best on every detail. Specially our teens loved the breakfast that did have a lot of healthy and tasty options. Also serving customers that values the good old English breakfast. We were warmly welcomed and got lot of excellent tips for our stay at the city....
