”The property was very short staffed. drinks and other things were left all over the facility making it feel dirty and not well maintained. Was most difficult to get a drink or service while at the beautiful outdoor pool. The grounds are important to taking in. Staff was a bit difficult and rude about having my grandchildren visit during the day but sort of this one of the managers.”

”I loved the decor in the room and it was spacious which was great as I had my grandchildren sharing with me. The bathroom was also lovely and large. I was specially looking forward to having a soak in the claw foot bath after a long day with two eleven year olds. However, there was a problem with water supply - as in - there was no water. Whilst I accept this was not just this hotel but in the wider area, it would have been nice to have been informed of this and supplied with extra water at...

”This B&B was great, just outside Bath. They had newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and bathroom looked almost new. Extra touches, like water bottle, bath products. Wifi worked well. There is also a restaurant/pub, but I did not have time to test their dinner menu, maybe next time! Breakfast menu was wide and very good! I would definitely recommend.”

”We had a wonderful time at the Old Church Farm. The grounds are very green and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and great hosts! A gem in the area. Do not skip on the breakfast! a fantastic experience”
