”We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

”Our 3rd visit in just over 12 months, we love it here. When the suns out it’s even better, being able to sit and have a drink in the manicured gardens. Of course the highlight is the food, simply superb, a little pricey, but worth it for a special occasion.”

”Booked and confirmed via email . Got there at night and the hotel was closed . When calling the only number available the message says “ closed since November 2025 due to flooding “ . Our booking was online in January 2026 so they knew this already and still accepted the reservation . £200 out the window and had to drive to Abergavenny to look for accommodation late at night …”
