My only concern was that one of the electronic window opening/light settings in my room did not work and although I reported it the day I checked in, it still had not been repaired when I left. Also the lamb for dinner at Peppina (the main dining room restaurant) was so rare it was closer to raw – I had asked for medium”

”The room was fantastic, however the office hours are only from 9.30am to 5.00pm. I arrived at 5.30 and had no idea where the parking was. The TV in my room didn’t work. The one in the bedroom worked but not the lounge. No one there to check out at 9.00am this morning.”

”I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I hope this saves someone from the headache and inconvenience we experienced. The actual condition of the property is far from what is pictured. It is dilapidated, dirty, and unfit for rental. There were dead bugs all over inside and a live scorpion, stains in the carpet, and the pantry had dirty empty containers. The outdoor grounds were covered in animal feces, with an empty pool, defunct hot tub, and rubbish about the property. We found alternative...

”We really enjoyed our stay at Brisbane Terrace. It had everything we needed for our weekend away. My only dislike was the stairs. My room was upstairs and with no upstairs bathroom, it meant having to go downstairs for the share bathroom. The stairs were incredibly steep and i did not enjoy having to climb them every time i wanted to go up to my room.
