”The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them.
The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair.
The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain...

”L hôtel est très bien situé près de l aéroport . La nourriture du matin au soir est absolument délicieuse . Les restaurants à la carte compris dans le tout inclus ont une cuisine raffinée . Lés boissons sont bonnes . Bémol sur le nombre de transats et une piscine pas chauffée au mois de novembre et le personnel sûrement fatigué par la saison. Le recommande chaleureusement ”

”Great pool and daybeds. Amazing breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Fluffy bathrobes. Excellent gym and spa. Convenient location to Obeach and Ibiza rocks. Stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) ”

”End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and...
