”Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin.”

”Hotel is a great location for shopping and eating at the Brickel city center. 2nd floor off the elevator puts you right in the center. Things I didn’t like was the weird elevator to rooms or floors to access other areas of the hotel. Terrible. To get into an elevator You need a wood key card(which half the time didn’t work) to get around, there are no floors or buttons for floor numbers or areas in the elevator. ”Kaupungin parhaalla paikalla, erinomaiset näköalat. Loungen palvelu ja tarjoilut laadukkaita. Olisi ollut mukava kokeilla ravintolaa, varsinkin kun sai pitkän oleilun ansiosta drinkkikuponkeja. Pitkän baaritiskillä istumisen jälkeen ravintolan käyttö jäi, sillä kolmesta tiskillä käyneestä henkilöstä yksikään ei huomionut asiakasta.”

”The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. ”Excellent chill vibe hotel or romantic getaway. Very calm and relaxing compared to others. The ice rink and bowling area is a fun time for couples or family. The staff are all friendly and the beach area isn’t crowded like many other resorts. If you’re looking for a chill vibe or want to go party elsewhere but have a less hectic atmosphere at your spot this is a great resort.”
