”Check-in was the worst. Clerk couldn’t handle the Expedia reservation and called them idiots. It took us an hour to get a room. It was stressful, awful. Super convenient to the airport. They get five stars for convenience. Room was small compared to Titusville. We just needed a place closer to the airport and this place fit the bill.”

”Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Down side is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Pool didn't have towels and bathrooms had zero ventilation. Toilets need to be replaced but for the price you can't not beat the area or amenities”

”Everything was really nice, quiet. My only complaint was it was too hot in the hotel and the fragrance machine was too powerful in the lobby, kept spraying people eating breakfast.”

”Do not book here. I don’t know where the 4stars came from but that’s a lie. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean this room. Toilets, shower, the floors everything was disgusting. Everything in the area was booked for a festival and I traveled from out of state and was stuck. I showed the employee the dirty toilets and nothing was done to fix the problem. Hallways smelled of mildew and had no ac. I booked two rooms and both were the same that’s after being switched to the second floor, the...

”The property is new and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The bedroom was small with insufficient room for suitcases and there was only one suitcase rack. The bath was very large with much wasted space. IF the bath had a better layout the bedroom could easily have been larger and more comfortable. There was not a coffee maker or ice bucket which did not bother us, but it bothered our traveling companions in their room.”

”we absolutely loved this property! front desk lady was kinda rude & tried to charge us twice (in cash then tried to charge our card) thankfully the manager fixed it and told her just to give us our cash back. housekeeping was daily which was nice. definitely would stay again!”

”No amenities provided, staff was insanely rude kept telling I did not have a reservation that I was getting scammed by Expedia. I showed her the PDF receipt and they said she couldn’t accept it. After I showed her the account then she magically found my reservation. The room was so small and honestly not clean. The shower curtain was stained with something dark/dirt. Overall 0/10.”

”Margaritaville is a super family friendly resort. The kids love the outdoor slides, and they love the arcades. The kids also love going to Jimmy Buffett’s restaurant.”
