”We had a wonderful stay in here. Location is amazing and views are so beautiful! Room was nice and clean, but could use some updating. Carpet was stained and living room balcony door was broken so we couldn't open it. Other than that lovely place, really close to beach and affordable price. Would definitely book again!”

Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

”GREAT location on the beach. Also close enough to good food options, groceries, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the spacious balcony with sea view. Unit is very functional with nice kitchenette. Overall it's a great option for this area for families with kids. Only complaint: One of the screens on the balcony was torn so it would flap in the wind. I noticed a few of the other units have the same issue.”

”Huone oli erittäin puhdas! Sänkykin oli tosi mukava! Yövyimme kohteessa vain yhden yön Disni seikkailuiden keskellä, harmittelimme aamulla että olisi pitänyt olla kaksi yötä. Huoneemme oli 3makuuhuonetta keittiöllä ja oleskelutilalla, 6 aikuista. Tämä oli loistava valinta! Aamupalasta ei kokemusta tai ruokailuista koska ostimme eväät ja keittiö oli varusteltu huipusti, kaikki sielläkin siistiä ja puhdasta!”
