”Great hotel, can highly recommend. Rooms were clean and beds were great. Chose this hotel because there were no carpets in the rooms. Mini-fridge suited our purposes well. Free coffee at the restaurant a big plus. Only negative comment I have is the lack of hanging hooks in the bathrooom for your towels. We were four persons and there was only one hook. But otherwise our stay was a perfect 10. Will definately stay here again”

”This hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, great staff. Very close to Universal, about a $6 Lyft ride if you don't want to pay $32 for parking. The hotel also offers a shuttle. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.”

”Breakfast was great. The ability to schedule shuttles to Universal Epic Universe and Universal Islands of Adventures. Also have shuttles available to bring me back to our hotel. Staff is friendly and available when needed. Definitely clean room. ”

”Seamless check-in process. We arrived early and a room was already available, but we chose to wait for one on a higher floor. We were even asked which of the seven floors we would prefer, and later received a text message when the room was ready—before 4 p.m., by the way. The room was neat and clean. We only had drinks at the poolside bar, and they were very good. Although we didn’t order food, everything we saw being served looked delicious. ”Diferentemente dasnoutras vezes o serviços de limpeza por 2 dias consecutivos nem apareceram, ficamos sem toalhas e amenidades, recolhemos nosso proprio lixo, não caiu nossas mães, mas um hotel que era nossa referencia em Orlando repensarmos nas proximas viagens. Tirando isso, muito seguro, cuidado,e em atenção ao Josh, e a Rocky de Ny, que foram os melhores atendentes de todas as vezes ,trabalham com vontade e são felizes em ajudar.
