”Great location, clean room, the staff was amiable and the airport shuttle was a life saver. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when visiting Universal or Disney.”

”The parking was my biggest issue. Why do peiple staying at the property have to pay $28a night. I only stay theŕe for 2 nights but the company charged me 193.00 Im currently trying to fight this right now. Also the bathroom was clean but the door almost touch the toilet when trying to open the door. You can barley get in i. ”

”Property clean and well suited for our short graduation get away. Food inside the Kitchen restaurant and cafe was excellent although two ice cream cones on two separatedays were made incorrectly. I was unhappy there was no streaming or air play options available on the tv. I was not pleased when the side reading lamp on headboard fell out nearly hitting me in the head. There was only one nightstand therefore any person sleeping on the opposite side has no place available to charge mobile device...

”Very nice staff. Mostly for families if you wanna do the pool a lot of kids but perfect for quick stay if you go to universal. Super clean Breakfast I never tried but had it out every morning”

”Room was old, very noisy aircon, cockrot in the bathroom, good shower and pool area. Nice staff.Third floor view was bad, directly to the roof where's bunch of machines, so not worth of money spent, avoid that.”

”Awesome stay! Room was beautiful and the property had everything! I took off a star because they charge like 30 bucks for a cot and everything was so expensive. The staff were great and so helpful. I would stay again for the unlimited fast passes if we go back to Universal some day. Also, being able to check our bags and pick up the passes to go to the park early before our check in time was great!”

”I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked two suites that were confirmed through both Expedia and the hotel, each advertised with two beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I reserved was no longer available because the hotel had sold out those rooms. What makes this more frustrating is that I spoke with the hotel the day before my arrival and specifically discussed my reservation. Even the alternative room arrangement we discussed was not...
