”Sehr schöne Anlage und Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und aufgestelltes Personal. Beim Service beim Essen besteht noch Luft nach oben (sehr lange Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen, nicht so aufmerksam). ”Hotellialue on pieni kylä, aidattu ja vartioitua 24/7 alue, joka sijaitsee noin 7 kilometrin päässä Kardamenan kylästä. Matkamme ajankohta sijoittui aivan turistikauden lopulle, joten osa Kardamenan kaupoista ja ravintoloista oli jo suljettu. Myös hotellilla alettiin jo selvästi varautua kauden päättymiseen. Hotelli oli rankattu 5 tähden hotelliksi, itse tiputtaisin kyllä yhden tähden. Huoneet siivottiin joka päivä, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin. Tämä varmaan vaikuttaa siihen viiteen...

”Sehr netter Empfang und Personal. Ich habe sogar zu meinem Geburtstag eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay. ”

”Das Bad unseres Zimmers, sowie auch bei unseren Nachbarn war stark verschimmelt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Völlig lieblos. Das Essen ist jeden Tag gleich und von billigster Qualität. Wir waren dort in eine Suite mit Sharing Pool als Familie, aber waren maßlos enttäuscht.
