”Vietimme loistavan kaksiviikkoisen loman tässä todella tasokkaassa hotellissa . En voisi kuvitella parenpaa ja ystävällisempää palvelua mitä saimme osaksemme. Aamiaisbuffetti oli täydellinen. Samoin menuu. Kaiken lisäksi pääkokki kävi kyselemässä että jos listalta ei löydy sopivaa niin tehdään sellainen. Ei tarvinnut tehdä. Sijainti erinomainen . Meren rannalla , kaupunkin keskustassa.”

”This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10.”

”One very seldom meets so friendly and professional staff as at Serena Inn. Rooms are cosy with local flavour in furniture, seaview is great and food is delicious. All details in the building show that plenty of effort and money has been invested into restoration. The hotel has been built from the former post headquarters and a chinese doctor´s home - fotos show that the starting point was quite discouraging. The end result is far from sterile standard.”

”Das Hotel ist nicht so groß und damit sehr übersichtlich und sehr persönlich. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und motiviert. Das gastronomische Angebot ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Das Abendessen wird meist im Hauptrestaurant aber auch mal am Strand, am Pool oder im Sense of Afrika Restaurant durchgeführt, Unser Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Die Betten waren sehr bequem und ein Mückenschutz ist überall vorhanden, Es wurde täglich gereinigt...
