”Vietimme loistavan kaksiviikkoisen loman tässä todella tasokkaassa hotellissa . En voisi kuvitella parenpaa ja ystävällisempää palvelua mitä saimme osaksemme. Aamiaisbuffetti oli täydellinen. Samoin menuu. Kaiken lisäksi pääkokki kävi kyselemässä että jos listalta ei löydy sopivaa niin tehdään sellainen. Ei tarvinnut tehdä. Sijainti erinomainen . Meren rannalla , kaupunkin keskustassa.”

”Good standard of cleanliness in rooms, beds turned down every night, as well as spraying with repellant every evening. All team were super friendly, especially Joyce, Generozza, Happiness- all first class. Pascal-head chef, always wanted feedback to ensure all food met expectations- which was varied, fr3sh and really tasty. Would highly recommend and would certainly think about coming back.”

”One very seldom meets so friendly and professional staff as at Serena Inn. Rooms are cosy with local flavour in furniture, seaview is great and food is delicious. All details in the building show that plenty of effort and money has been invested into restoration. The hotel has been built from the former post headquarters and a chinese doctor´s home - fotos show that the starting point was quite discouraging. The end result is far from sterile standard.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ycona resort in Zanzibar. From the moment we entered the resort the workers made us feel like we were at home. They allowed us to have an early check in after our morning flight. We stayed in the beach villa, which was absolutely magnificent. Private pool, great views of the ocean, and a rooftop tub as well. The villa was clean and well-cooled, a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. What really made our stay at Ycona special was the amazing service from...
