”Lovely hotel with wonderful bedrooms and great staff. I would say the food in the a la carte restaurant and quality of the facilities (spa particularly) are not necessarily up to the quality where this hotel should be. Great stay nonetheless ”

”Arrogant service, owner… Safe key did not work so no safe available. Room key did not work, had to go back for the other key twice… Non-soundproof room. You could hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms. Smell of cigarette in the room coming through the ventilation. Terrace was nice with a sea view. We rearranged our dinnerplans because of the poor level of service. Not a 5* hotel. Also skipped the breakfast for three days because of the rude service the first morning. ”

Our stay was further enhanced by our gracious hostess, Lilli, who helped us plan a visit to Marseilles, and had very interesting insights about the Aix-en-Provence community. We highly recommend this beautiful property, situated in the central city.”
