”A very comfortable hotel in a decent district in Lima. The Level class concept was much appreciated and allowed for a relaxed "all inclusive" environment. Very helpful and friendly personnel at all levels. Big shopping center one block away. Only negative point was noisy traffic from the streets below, quite disturbing even up to the 9th floor, also late into the night. Fortunately rooms available facing other directions. ”

”The location was good and the apartment was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

”I arrived just after midnight after a very long trip (over 8 hours). When I arrived nobody was there to meet me, and no prior communication was made After I called the contact number listed, they told me that my room was not ready because of some water damage issue. In fact they canceled my reservation without even informing me prior to my arrival.
