”Absolutely outstanding service from reception staff thru car valet bar staff waitress room service.
Super clean place, dining 5 star.
Cannot fault this place at all.
Location is superb for city seeing.
Only one down side was a bit noisy neighbours up above our apartment - but that’s not a hotel fault just lack of manners from some. ”

”The whole experience was amazing, the staff were so helpful, the thermal village was delightful, I love staying at Galgorm. It was so Christmassy with gorgeous decorations and everything feels so luxurious.

”Room was clean, had an excellent bed and a terrific bathroom. Hotel was nice and quiet, no hearing other rooms TVs or chat. Complimentary chocolate and gin was also a nice touch. Central location means you are only a short walk from the Harbour, Train Station and the beach. Only negative of the room was the heating/air conditioning. Heating was a radiator which was very warm but with no air conditioning we struggled to cool the room down even with the window open and we visited end of February...

”Room was lovely had what you need.
It was quite cold but the weather was appalling therefore no fault of the room but I did get up at 3am and have to override the thermostat to put the radiator on. I would suggest thicker better quality towels for a 5 star rating but overall. Friendly helpful staff and spotless. Would come again and recommend to friends. ”

”Beautiful location with some of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Just a short 5 minute walk to Whiterocks Beach, felt very secure and luxurious throughout. A truly relaxing and high quality stay”
