”Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked”

”5 stars!! My dog and I absolutely loved our stay on Smiths Beach here. It’s perfectly compact and clean with everything you could want, need and then some. Linda not only offers the best advice on things to do on the island but has made sure to add all the finishing touches for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Ray immediately took to the guest dog bed and loved the complimentary dog treats. The couch was huge, the bed was so comfy (with great pillows and electric blankets) but the huge spa bath was...
