”Great location and the room was very clean and comfortable - and very spacious. However, the in-room dining was a disappointment (you cannot change a single ingredient in any item in the menu without extra charge + a delivery time of 50 minutes) - hence, didn't use it. Additionally, all noises from the street below could be very well heard in my room (despite it being on the 8th floor), so slightly better acoustic insulation (or similar) would be nice. ”Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room.
