”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came.
I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”Room was filthy dirty, people shouting and banging all night long we complained and were met with a sorry and that’s it. Tried to complain over email to find out 2 days later they’ve gone into administration and the bailiffs were there! AWFUL.”

”Muuten aivan kerta kaikkiaan täydellinen hotelli, mutta museotason ikkunoista kuului kadun meteli huoneeseen unta häiriten, korvatulpista huolimatta. Kannattaa ehkä pyytää hiljaista huonetta jos on herkkäuninen. Uskomattoman hieno sisustus, todella siisti, ystävällinen palvelu.”

”Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information.
Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay.
