”The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night.

”The stay was great from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive but not too overbearing. The location was unique and the grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools and all were pleasant and different. We were upgraded to the prestige suite, which made our trip even more exceptional. I would highly recommend stay here.”
