”Gorgeous building, room and well maintained gardens, however for a 5* hotel the service was poor, the staff seemed less than enthusiastic towards guests and there was no feeling of warmth or welcome from them. Possibly because they where so few in number. The hotel seriously lacks enough staff to provide much of a service. They hardly provide you with any extras in the room with only 2 coffee pods provided each day with nothing other than coffee top ups provided beyond the first day. The spa...

”Great location and nice hotel but not a 5 star. The concierge and doorman were the best staff members, very helpful and nice but others we interacted with were not great, especially in the bar and restaurant. The spa and thermal waters were nice but very crowded. ”

”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...
