”The spacious lobby was very luxurious. When I arrived at the hotel, my friend and I had a dinner date coming up, so I did not check in and asked them to leave my luggage for me first, which they did very smoothly. There is a pool and a bar at the end of the lobby, and you can feel the open and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable everywhere. The staff was smiling and quick to respond to any problems I had. They made my stay very wonderful.”

”The Westin needs facelift soon. I experienced things that I havent seen before in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast service was questionable because the waitresses were not trained enough to the standards. Few exsamples: sign said blueberry muffin in reality strawberry -very dangerous if you are allergic to strawberries! How about this: the waitress collects your plate and puts your used fork on the plastic place mat, not a clean plate next to you nor the napikin. Obviously management/traing problem...

”As a group of 8 we booked 2 Suites with wonderful Twin tower view. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, we slept very well. Relaxed and quiet breakfast + evening coctails at Traders lounge was nice. Short Walking distance from big shopping centre. One thing we missed was an outdoor pool, we didn’t really enjoy the indoor pool.”
