”Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and large. Only negative is reservation said city view and our view was an old building across street that was empty, perhaps receiving some rehab. I guess that was the view of the city, but i inferred city view on reservation suggested our room would have a nice view of the city. Probably my mistake. OUR stay at the grant was very nice. We enjoyed it. People were great. ”

”We had a problem with our room when we first checked in and they moved us courteously. Staff were attentive and friendly. Clean and updated property. Our only complaint was that the concierge did not reach out prior to our trip. We missed getting our son signed up for ocean explorers because we didn’t get assistance ahead of our trip. They advertise the concierge service and promise they will reach out before your trip to help you plan activities. We didn’t hear from the concierge until 24 hours...
