”Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan.
Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this?
Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . I have never stayed at a B&B with a 30 mins breakfast window.

”Very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff led by John the general manager, whose welcome is friendly and genuine. Top marks.
Room comfortable if slightly very cramped . Excellent breakfast that used fine local ingredients. Dinner was good too, but a few of the dishes just need a little more finesse to make the Michelin guide.
Overall, strongly recommended thanks to John and his team.”
