”From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. ”Korkeatasoinen ravintola ja hyvä aamiainen. Ainoa haitta oli että hotellin lähistöllä ei ollut muita kunnon ruokapaikkoja, vain muutama kaljaräkälä. Muista pyytää mennessä heti kylpitakki ja tossut, muuten et saa. Itse olin 4 vrk ja 8 tuntia ennen lähtöä, joka oli klo 4 aamulla, sain kyseiset tavarat. Muuten kaikki ok.”

”Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. ”

”Ripples Resort made our Kerala vacation. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent. We stayed for five nights. We had a bungalow near the canal. It was spacious, with a big living room, a bedroom, a small dressing area (I think), and an outdoor shower. It felt peaceful and private. We did yoga on the last three days.
