Bathroom had a lot of issues, tiles were broken, shower was malfunctioning per hot & cold water, it was set the wrong way (you should have turned the shower handle different way than instructions), as well as cracks in the walls. All was ok, and the hotel in itself was good per price and service. A lot of employees vs. The ones that actually help with signing in. Two concierges and only one receptionist vs a lot of...

”We are very satisfied with the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was good to sleep on, pillows, blankets and bed linen were of high quality. The breakfast was very rich and varied. You can get to the heart of London by tube, the station is right next door. Direct connection from Heathrow Airport to Canary Wharf. The shopping and restaurant/cafes were excellent. The restaurants in the hotel were also top notch. The staff was great!”
