”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”Pub and accommodation was lovely. Really classy yet quirky. Great staff, spacious rooms and stunning dinner. But (randomly) I would go back purely to have their bacon breakfast roll again - hands down the best ever! And mine was gluten free. Simple things but epic! ”

”We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Crown Inn. The location is perfect and easy to find, parking was simple in the car park opposite. We had the four poster room which was amazing. Very spacious and a massive bathroom too. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay ”

”The family dinner on the Sunday evening was lively with good service. However, my room was fine but there was a persistent bumping noise (?from heating,)coming from the roof space which really disturbed my sleep. I did report this in the morning.
Breakfast was over priced, £17 for a poor selection of continental breakfast plus being charged extra for coffee.
