”Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located on a small street, keeping noise down, but it is a short walk to cafes, attractions (Luxembourg Gardens, Seine, Notre Dame, etc…), and the Metro. The layout is nice, with communal areas upstairs and the bedrooms below. This means yo never have to worry about an upstairs neighbor keeping you up at night. There is a Monoprix grocery store just around the corner if you want to stock food and drinks for the kitchen. Communication...

”Unfortunately, our experience at Hedonist house was terrible. The location was ok though it can get loud due to the location being inside of a mall. Communication with the owner was good. Place itself was small and quite squished. The shower drain was not working properly and after about a minute of running the water it was leaking onto the floor with no way to stop it. We were having to lather soap on ourselves before getting into the shower in order to get clean. The downstairs room smelled...

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers. The key is also a little cumbersome and takes a lot of wiggling and maneuvering to get it to work. A keypad...
