”The hotel rooms are very old, dark, and stinky. We booked one room with two beds and they downgraded us to one bed and could not accommodate us. We had our volleyball team stay there and several families had numerous issues with leaks, plumbing and refrigerator not working. Instead of sending staff, they handed a plunger and were told a family to disconnect the fridge and reconnect for faster service. The staff at the bar and restaurant were rude and provided terrible service. They treated us...

The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and they even have animal mascots for the different hotel sites and so it was fun to see that our hotel was the timber wolf. I would happily stay again the next time I am in the area.”

”Overall, a great location and super cool atmosphere. There were a few issues that made the stay less than ideal. First - the A/C is LOUD. We equated it to a jet engine taking off. If there had been a way to keep it running all night, that would have been fine, but it cycled on every 30 minutes or so, making it challenging to sleep. We were also upgraded to the top floor. However the ice maker was broken so we had to track down an alternate option. And being on the top also meant a long wait for...
