”This was our fourth stay here and we were still impressed with how quiet the area is. On-site, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, a great buffet breakfast daily and spacious rooms are some of the highlights. Will be very likely to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi.”

The breakfast has many options for all tastes. The Indian resturant is also very lovely with a fantastic view. Robinson and Joseph where very nice as well!”
”We had problems when checking in because the payments from the Hotels.Com had not gone through to hotel. Luckily we were accepted in (after giving the number to my other card.) The apartment was good and comfortable. The staff cleaning the room was excellent; sometimes minor things were forgotten to do. Food in the restaurant was very good but the service was occasionally much slower than expected. The restaurant is very comfortable to spend time. The bar is good; our special thanks go to Yusuph...

”Clarence House is an excellent place to stay and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Westlands. Its close proximity to Sarit Center Mall makes it an ideal place for someone who needs some good shopping and dining options.

”I’ve stayed to ere twice with my dog and my toddler and both times the staff were consistently professional and very courteous, the rooms are great and clean. Great location for business and shopping, but yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. ”

On our check-in (December, 2019) we got to know that our prepaid booking didn't even exist and they didn't have any free family rooms (2 rooms with connecting door) left. No refund was made even when we insisted (we would have moved to another hotel). They only offered a complimentary lunch after the big battle that took hours. Rooms were in quite good condition to their age but the cleanliness...

"Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli turvallisella alueella. Huone suht tilava, ja kaikki tarpeellinen köytyi huoneesta. Aamupala todella monipuolinen. Uima-allas matala kahluuallas, ei houkutellut (ketään muutakaan vierasta) uimaan. Ovi-/porttihenkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja hymyilevää, muut hoiteli hommat ok. "
