When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. ”The person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog. ”

”Hotel was clean and seemed to be fairly new. There is nothing 'walkable', and although the facility seemed secure, the security fencing around the parking area made me a bit leery. ”
