In addition, the location couldn't be better, given that it is adjacent to The Sunnyside Up Cafe and Chilli's. It is also an easy trip to and from the airport. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...

”Hotel was clean and seemed to be fairly new. There is nothing 'walkable', and although the facility seemed secure, the security fencing around the parking area made me a bit leery. ”
