âA nice, clean and youthful hotel. Breakfast was limited but we found everything we needed and it was tasty.
The toilet in the room had a glass wall and especially if you travel with a friend itâs not nice that all the sounds can be heard in the room. The toilet brush was also missing.
It was quite a long walk from the hotel to the ferry and on returning after a long day it felt like too long to walk. Renting a bike would have helped.

"hotel updated, but they did bad way (was here in 2019, it gets worse than it was).
1) you cannot open windows, no fresh air forever, only AC.
2) towels are smaller cheap and not absorbing
3) cleaning overall is bad and cleaning personal is always speaking loud in corridors, you listen them daily
4) new shower design, water is always everywhere in bathroom, no curtains to close when you are in shower.
5) if you use own shampoo or whatever - no place for it in shower part of bathroom
6) it is not enough light/lamps by design, always either dark or grey in room. no bright at all
7) rooms overall looks smaller that they are.
about windows they said it is new politics of Marriott. I was a platinum customer before moved to hotels.com. it is just confirmed I did right move. never back to Marriott then, I need fresh air, not AC."
"The location was perfect, the building colorful and nice! The morning yoga 10+ and the service was friendly. We really enjoyed our visit! But there was trash in our room when we arrived, that was not so nice. And there were sheets in our private room, even though we read somewhere that it wasn't included. "We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment.
Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.
Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail.
While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay."
