”Located on a main road next to downtown area. Our room was quiet. Great restaurants walkable. Lots to do in the area. Good breakfast, they had no at yogurt and nonfat milk (rare!).”

From the beautiful surroundings, rich history and incredible views...to the scrumptious 5 star meals, accommodating staff and luxurious sparkling clean room...I honestly can not think of anywhere else that can top this elegant unique Castle!!! ”Good for a quick stay, quiet”

”This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!”

”Nice but need more amenities in the rooms”

”The stuff is excellent and courtiers. But the facility is poorly maintained. It requires some TLC. The floors are cracking and everything looks so low quality. I’m so embarrassed to lodge there. The name Best Western tricked me. Never again.”

”Rooms had bugs, the AC was not working on arrival at 10pm on 90*+ day. Promptly checked out and went to another property close by. As guests were departing the fire alarm went off. On the front end of travel the front desk checked in our guests who were delayed due to flight cancellations. This prepaid non cancel stay was partially refunded. Would not recommend, however staff did try to help.”

”The staff was helpful. The pictures on the website were very misleading. The carpet had stains, the bedding wasn't attractive, the boxspring cover was ripped, the sink faucet looked like it doesn't get properly cleaned, the shower leaked. The noise level at night was loud (I'm not sure if it's from doors slamming, but there were a lot of bangs or slams both nights). The furniture had water damage, the refrigerator doesn't look like it's cleaned out. There was a plastic fork in it. I did...
