Overall hotel is ok for like a one night stay. Ok for short stay for couples and families with small children. While checking in they were changing shifts and the greeting was super awkward as I was attempting to check in. One front desk staff took my card and license, then just handed it off to someone else without finishing the check in process they started. I have stayed at alot of hotels and own timshares etc, and I understand customer service and the lack of it. Customer Is Always First Priority. Then the other staff member that checked me in signed me up for rewards account without asking. Will keep it... but it would have been good if they explained what came with the enrollment and allowed me to choose if I wanted to enroll or not. Lots of random cranking noises made it impossible to fall asleep at first. Then that randomly stopped. Thin walls so can hear the sound of every other room door opening and slamming shut. Room costed $142 for one night but we paid $150 for hotel fees which is more than what the room cost. That doesn't make sense for this hotel at all. Would make sense if the fee was only $100 or even $50. Otherwise stay was ok.
