”I was in Houston for work for several days. This hotel was very clean, safe and the customer service was excellent. ”

”The condition of the hotel is average as expected. However, the bathroom needs to be renovated badly. . It's so old and looks dirty because of the wear and tear even though it’s clean. Other than that, it’s as expected as 3 stars rating. With the condition like that, it should be slightly cheaper in cost. Thanks for your friendly service. ”

”Breakfast isnt a big deal Parking is okay Property is built wrong they are still fixing a lot! Our lights randomly went out n i so happend to check the door in our room which was UNLOCK both ways and led to another room .. ( that couldve been danger if the wrong person was on the other side)”

”If there is Negative 5 I would give it to them! This is a horrible place to stay even for one night! It is more like a homeless shelter than a hotel..it is very dirty, filthy, bed bugs are horrible there(my wife got a big rush after 1 day there..picture below show how horrible it was!!!)and the roaches everywhere and all the time and the smell is a nightmare..it was so hard and nauseating (I guess all these odors stuck to the walls, furnitures..and bed that it's impossible to remove them!!)...

”The room was in poor condition. There was writing on the walls, toothpicks stuck into them, and visible holes in the bedding. The toilet was leaking from the top, and the paint throughout the room was chipped and unclean, giving the space an overall unsanitary feel. I also had concerns about whether the linens had been properly cleaned. At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available and was told I could leave if that didn’t work for me, which left me with no choice but to...

”Cheap price for cheap place. Housekeeping cleaned room past 8 pm. No water pressure in the sink. ”

”horrible breakfast menu. The room was super dirty. Sheets were stained. Ac was rusty and dusty. The tub was chipping and peeling—we found a roach in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working. There was dirty water when we first turned on the tub. A dirty bath mat was in the tub. The tv barely worked. The room floor and creaks were dirty. The walls were chipped. Just dont sty here. Its overpriced for its quality. ”

”The place was clean, safe and one section of the hotel was under construction as the rooms are being remodel. My stay was comfortable, the kitchen was functional but had no kitchenware. My room had no trashcan. Will stay again. ”
