”This is a really great location if you want to be in the heart of San Diego. Great for conferences and site seeing! It is a bit loud but tolerable given your right downtown. Some outdoor common spaces were nice. My only issue was that the shower didn't get super hot but worked well. I would stay again! ”

”Location, location, location! Just blocks from all the action of downtown San Diego and the trolley. Also, unit was squeaky clean which we definitely appreciated, and very secure. Host's instructions/communications also superior. If I could have taken away a half-star, I would have for just a couple of things: tub is very deep/hard to step into and has a very slippery surface. Presents quite a safety hazard with no grab bars or rubber mat. Neighborhood is a bit noisy and has many homeless...

”Everything was perfect about the room and location. The minor flaw was the stench in the lobby from the downstairs restaurant and bar. I loved staying here. ”

”Pretty much as advertised. Location in the entertainment district (Gaslamp). Did not need a car for this stay. Things to keep in mind. Fairly steep stairs to access. And being in the Gaslamp District did make the front bedroom in particular noisy. Then again, we were there New Year's Eve, and both a Friday and Saturday night. It was nice having a full kitchen, although it is a little small.”

”The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The parking space was key since the garages around there are very expensive and street parking is hard to come by. Their is a pretty big homeless population there, however, so that is something to be aware of.”
