”You can tell it’s been a nice establishment, but is now showing signs of age everywhere. Room was small, carpets dirty and musty. Beds were worn down and lumpy. Good for a single night’s stay, but desperately needs a thorough makeover.”

”I had a great stay, and staff was amazing except that the day after I left O got a final bill with an extra charge that did not belong. I was charged 2 of my children, even though I called the day before to confirm there would be no extra fee for them (since they are under the age of free guests). Manager confirmed no extra fee, but apparently left a note for it to be charged. I have been trying to contact her for over 2 weeks now, and she will not return my calls to resolve this issue. ”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”
