”Great property with helpful staff especially Beverly on reception”

”Nice hotel. Value for money”

”Stayed a few of nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.”

”No power outlets near bed to charge phone etc”

”The tv Ariel didn’t work , tiny poorly maintained room”

”The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes.”

”We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay”

”Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)”

”Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta ja huone tilava ja puhdas. Sijainti erinomainen juna-asema vieressä.”

”Very nice stay and good breakfast. Very comfortable bed.”

”Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.”

”All wonderful, the staff are so lovely, friendly yet professional. My room was beautifully refurbished and a very pleasant stay.”

”We stayed in one of the feature rooms with a four poster. The room was great, the only downside was the bathroom, it only had a bath. We ate dinner in the restaurant, the food was very tasty, well presented and the staff were very attentive. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, including a complimentary glass of fizz... We'll stay there again.”

”Really lovely building and grounds.”

”I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

”Good choice to stay.”

”The ducks/geese were quacking outside the window during the night.”
