”Stunning view, lovely clean room, high spec bathroom which was spotless. All staff extremely friendly and helpful, food very tasty in the restaurant. Really nice cosy vibes throughout the hotel. Only slight disappointment was the bed being very hard and quite uncomfortable, it was however a good size. Will definitely return. ”

”Wonderful host who gave an extremely warm welcome. We needed a night away after a stressful week and Gerogie was so considerate and warm and couldnt do enough to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Tea and coffee available, use of kitchen facilities, lovely hot tub, communal but good fun to get to know other guests. Food is abiut a 10-15 minute drive away, can recommend Poons Street food ”

”We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. Penbontbren ticked all the boxes, the suites are lovely, an old barn conversion, our suite...

”An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. ”
