”The welcome was warm and personal. Beautiful period property, everything is of really high standard, with such attention to detail. The view from our room over the trees, from our bed and also from the comfortable chairs was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.”

”Lovely, comfortable cottage in a great location for a range of activities. Cosy for an October break but would be fantastic in warmer weather too. Our only small criticism was the night time temperature was set at 15 degrees and couldn’t be changed and while there was lots of cosy bedding we had a toddler who still wakes a couple of times in the night so it was a bit cold tending to him. Still a 5⭐️ break.”

”We really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Doug’s house in seatown only a few streets away from Cullens beautiful beaches. The house is clean spacious and well appointed. Doug is a good communicator and always on hand to help or answer inquiries.”

”Got a free room upgrade. Room was nice and clean. Lovely bathroom fittings. Towels were folded on your bed to look like swans. Breakfast was lovely. As was the pot of tea. I'd have no hesitation going back. Was a fair price too”

”Good location for an escape - Great views on the ocean at sunrise and sunset just a short walk away. Jeremy the host was very welcoming and friendly. House was rather noisy from the elements outside (wind though the old fireplace that has not been covered correctly) plus the noise from interior such as boiler. Original fireplace not usable as advertised however small electric fire was provided. Beds were not the most comfortable and bathroom needs a little love. A welcome pack of basic...

”Nice pool and facilities and comfy room. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. It was cold or undercooked and not restocked quickly. The staff were lovely though it was very busy just over run I think.”
