”Our stay at the Grand Mansion in Aberdeen, Scotland was nothing short of a disaster. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an overwhelming scent from an incense diffuser, clearly meant to mask other less pleasant odors. The carpet was filthy, the walls were visibly dirty, and the linens and towels were used and unwashed. Things like wet wipes on the toilets were dried out and hadn’t been touched for years.
