”Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. We stayed one night and left prematurely. No breakfast It’s like being a latch key school child Wouldn’t recommend”

”The house was the perfect size for us. With multiple living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, we were able to spread out and relax. Surprisingly the local road noise was louder than we anticipated but we would stay here again.”

”The inside of the property is very nice, but I was a tad nervous about the location once we arrived. Loved having three rooms. Water pressure was good. Bed comfort was decent. Booking via third party wasn't the easiest to get check-in info. ”

”A lovely find in Laurencekirk. Great base lots of interesting places to visit nearby.Kirsty was very helpful and informative. Lovely walks roundabout for the dogs, and a park about 150 yard’s away. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, Great hot shower, quiet location.”
