”Clean room, great location and nicely decorated. Great amenities - kettle, fridge, toaster and sink - to help with a little self catering. Thank you.”

”Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on...

”Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Hosts were attentive and added to the experience. Breakfast and service was excellent. Did not really use amenities in the hotel apart from tea coffee etc in room. A ”

”I was disappointed to find that despite what it said on the Hotels site the Red Lion did not organise parking if you phoned. I had to park 5 minutes walk away and thankfully it was not raining too hard. With no food at the pub food choices were a little limited but luckily there is a very good take away pizza shop 50 metres away. The breakfast I had was very good so no problems with that.”
