Hotel was lovely, was kept waiting at reception for a while before being attended to,the male attendant was great, informative, polite and helpfull also apologised for the hold up. Staff at reception and pool area seem fed up with their duties, my opinion, bar and dining staff couldnt be more helpfull, very attentive, great with kids and served with a smile andca wee chat, very professional. Room had a spider web and resident spider behind curtain, much to my grandchildrens upset so clearly not been hoovered for a while. Breakfast and breakfast service was amazing. Staff couldnt be more helpfull even under pressure. Lovely food and plenty to eat, go early

They cancelled our booking at 12.15 Message said you overbooked the hotel even though it’s been booked for months. We had a wedding there so never seen message but when they spoke to me they said water wasn’t available in our room total rubbish
