”Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel....

”The location was easy to find and quiet. Building and room were well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were amazing people! They really made you feel welcomed and were happy to make your stay the best! Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. ”The facilities were clean & updated. Very close to Acadia National Park entrance & downtown Bar Harbor. This was my first time using VRBO & was unfamiliar with trying to communicate with host but he did answer…the check in was confusing because there was no one in the office at all during our stay & had to figure out how to get into the room. Our family was over all very satisfied with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.”
